We had a family room with 2 bathrooms. There were lots of restaurants right by the hotel and this was a great place to sleep before heading out to the highlands.

Great location on Loch Lomond with a ton of restaurants and bars nearby, and literally a 3 minute walk to the boat cruises and train station. Nice little convenience store on the corner for snacks and drinks and breakfast. Parking was great, they had a spacious lot right next to and behind the hotel, very easy. It was a budget stay and the room was in line with that, no frills but clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Restaurant was closed while we were there.

The family room was well arranged, modern, and perfect for our group of 5. The drawbacks were 3 flights of stairs and no elevator, and the kitchen is no longer serving meals. However, our room was great and very quiet! Helpful young man at reception showed us local restaurants. Very nice neighborhood with walkable streets.

Extraordinary staff, die to a delayed flight we arrived at 22:30 and she was so extremely helpful and friendly that we felt hardly welcomed by second one! Parking lot was available, also there's good coffee and some cakes in the morning. Would definitely come back for another longer stay

When I booked this stay it was advertised as bed & breakfast (and therefore I also thought I was paying for this) but when we got there we were informed there was no food being served (and hadn’t been for 2 months)???!!!
