"Old but the room is clean. There was some trouble when checking in, due to a system failure either of Hotels.com or the hotel itself. Fortunately, the receptionist was very patient, and helped us check in despite all the difficulties."

Good location, but ground floor unit not safe?

"Location is walkable to Kelvin Town. Limited free parking is available on site. We stayed on the ground floor which is not too safe if the window is open. Passerbys kept looking into our apartment, and they can climb into our unit through the open window. Toilet and kitchen facilities are good. Bed ..."
