"The hotel, pool and restaurant were really good. However there were several issues with doors. It was so odd. Our wardrobe door just fell right off. Another room in our party had their bathroom door fall right off the hinges and they got locked in the bathroom. Husband had to go get help! The third room in our party- they couldn’t get the key to unlock the door. Finally the front door kept opening and closing and then getting stuck open. I’ve never experienced this kind of issue at a hotel before."
