「The property was fairly clean. However, the makeup wipes in the room had not been replaced because the wrapper was open when we arrived. A second bar of soap or a complimentary shower gel would be nice. The bar of soap was used at the sink to wash our hands leaving nothing fresh to be used for showering. Breakfast was not up to the normal Americinn standards. It was a Sat., & we went to eat just before 9:30am. There was no hot breakfast at all. No staff was in attendance in the breakfast...

「Newer hotel and convenient to get to off the highway. Room was clean and spacious. Nice breakfast area and good selection. From the Time we stepped into the lobby until we left the entire staff was helpful and courteous. Huge indoor pool/hot tub area. Great place to stay in between Green Bay and Appleton. Will definitely stay there again. 」

「Only complaint was that the coffee offered in the lobby was cold and when I brought it to the desk clerk’s attention he seemed annoyed even though I told him it was not a big deal to me but thought he might want to know.」

「Had a wonderful time my daughter's loved swimming. Enjoyed talking with not only the employees but the other guests. The employees were so helpful and personable wendy and Joyce or Janice were supper nice and went above and beyond. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious and fresh.」

「We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.」

「A passable place to stay but be warned. Expect a strong dirty feet odor, stained comforter and carpet, and unmopped bathroom. The mattresses are comfortable enough and the sheets were clean. Also the water pressure was good and the shower worked well. So…two stars. Important to note, it got two stars because the woman who checked us in was very pleasant and made for an excellent experience.」

「​This was the perfect spot for our overnight stay in Appleton. The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean throughout. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds were incredibly cozy. ​We loved the complimentary hot breakfast—plenty of great choices for everyone.」

「Room not cleaned, staff literally just stared at me blankly when I tried to tell them about it. Breakfast sucks, only give you 2 towels for 2 people, and the rooms are actively falling apart. Desperately needs some updates and to find decent people to work there.」

「We appreciated being able to check in late to our room. There's ample & free parking. The residence was quiet. We stayed in a suite. We didn't appreciate the hair in the bathroom shower. The living room couch had multiple stains on the cushions & the desk chair cushion was also not clean. The small kitchen area had minimal house ware items, and was minus dish towels and soap for the dishwasher. The well used kitchen sponge we threw away. There's not regular housekeeping, unless one...
