"We enjoyed our first stay here while attending an event at the Javits center. We will definitely use this hotel again. Very nice room with king bed. Super comfy and clean. "

"Our air conditioner was broken for a couple days and it was 80 degrees. We called to get it fixed, and three hours later nobody came. We had to call again then finally someone came and opened the window. The AC was broken the whole time though (besides the first day)."

"Good points: great location. Pretty lobby. Bad points: the HVAC is poor; the room is a constant 76°. The granite of the bathroom sink is cracked with sharp edges and stone dust in the bathroom. Very poor water pressure in the sink; just a trickle. Shabby furniture. Stained carpet. Uncomfortable room in many ways. "
