"We had an amazing stay at Millennium Hilton! Our room had a stunning view of all the iconic skyscrapers in NYC. Staff were friendly and welcoming, from cleaning staff to front reception and concierge. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Free water fillings tations with cold, good tasting water were a bonus. Also, enjoyed the $38 food/drink credit you could use daily. Overall, a wonderful experience we would definitley recommend to friends."

"The staff was excellent. The hotel was under major construction, which closed one of 2 elevators available to guests during the day, which was intolerable. The workers also used the only available elevator during the day as well. Although I live in the NY suburbs, I had a colonoscopy scheduled at MSKCC and needed a hotel. I also have knee issues, and requested a handicap accessible room. My daughter and I got room 201, which had frosted windows and was small. I never would have booked the room if I knew it was under construction. My daughter also hated the king bed that we shared. I booked for 2 nights, but when my colonoscopy was over (successfully!), we decided to just go home and suck up the extra night’s charge. We checked out an hour after checkout time, but we were not charged. Props to them! An unpleasant stay that was not the fault of the staff, who were all extremely kind, but I will stay at the Marriott Courtyard around the corner next time. It’s a far superior establishment."

"Airport shuttle arrived in good time, room was very clean and new. Staff were helpful and kind to our young child both late at night and too early in the morning. Wish our stay was longer!"

"A lovely, iconic property in a great location for restaurants, theater, sightseeing. Hotel was in the process of starting a new reservation system, was seriously unprepared for it, and significantly understaffed causing delays at check in that were incredibly long. It took us 2 visits to the front desk and 90 minutes before getting access to our rooms. Excusing mistakes and software glitches is one thing, but the staff did not deal with it well. They apologized profusely and repeatedly, but no other response. For example, no offer of water or a drink while in line, no offer of a breakfast or a coffee for our trouble; no offer of a drink in the bar, etc. For the price of a room ($800+), one expects a bit more respect and responsiveness. Kudos to Henry (valet/bellman) and Medy (concierge desk) who were most helpful and apologetic. "
