"Very nice gentleman at front desk with kind greetings. Managed to get ocean view room. It’s all older but clean and convenient and affordable for beachfront downtown Vancouver. Mediterranean restaurant on main floor. Lots of food options within one block walking. "

Buses for all over the city. Excellent place to stay if you are visiting the university (UBC) or any place nearby. "
