"Great area just a few blocks off the main Robson area. The 5 stops literally right outside the hotel to take you to and from Robson square. The mountain view is definitely worth the extra money, plus the balcony is a nice addition. Would stay here again. Didnt use the kitchen at all but it's nice to have just in case. Great water pressure "

"The staff was amazing in all categories. They were friendly, professional and very attentive. I was especially impressed by their kindness and willingness to help each other which was apparent at the front desk and especially in the restaurants. Call out excellent service from our server Dallas and her supporting team and the very sweet lady in the gift shop. My only disappointment was the cost of the buffet breakfast. $49!! I would think the hotel would want to encourage guests to use it which would cut down on kitchen orders and food waste. Loved the water fill stations. Would like to see more hotels (especially resorts) use this option to replace plastic water bottles! This hotel location was a 12 minute walk to Stanley park to left and a beautiful morning walk around the bay to the right! Great location. Many other restaurants all in walking distance from this location. We were on the second floor and I was concerned with traffic noise but there wasn’t any. Only seagulls! "

"Our room at the Loden Hotel, Vancouver was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Having traveled all over the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels, cleanliness is top on my list - the Loden exceeded my expectations! Not only is the service excellent, but the room is spacious, impeccable, quiet and comfortable. I would classify this as a luxury boutique hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. If you need a taxi, it's there in 3 minutes. The restaurant is excellent (though a bit loud) and the location is central to getting anywhere with a short taxi ride or a 20 minute walk. Definitely recommend this hotel."
