「Our stay was amazing! Host was super friendly, gave us a tour and said make yourselves at home. Was very helpful with transportation to and from cruise port, helped with a place for our vehicle for the week and was very responsive to any problem or concern! Breakfast was amazing and home cooked by the owners chef. The whole experience was wonderful and price was great :) 」

「The hotel is DARLING! Staff so kind and accommodating. Room was well appointed (art cute! Beds comfortable!) loved the vintage bathroom feel and all the tile work around and the lounge was stellar. Beautiful. Welcoming. But not overboard- it’s accessible to everyone. We are at the restaurant twice (I never do that at a hotel usually) it was delicious. We stayed over a cold snap and the pool wa heated so we were still able to swim. Everything was just lovely. Made my 13yo daughter’s birthday so...

「We arrived for check-in and were greeted by the manager. She showed us the details of the room like the airco/heater. Our room was clean, beautiful, charming, and filled with antiques. It was like staying at a wealthy uncle and aunt's house. I thought a lot about the history of the house and wondered who might have been to parties there a hundred years ago. The neighborhood was quiet, and pretty close to the Strand and the beach. We'd definitely stay there again. 」

「This is our second time to stay at the Galvez. Room was very nice and reservation staff was very helpful with our booking an extra night due to the ice storm coming in and then allowing us to cancel the next morning at no charge when we realized we could travel back as originally planned. Love the decor and history of the hotel. 」

「I reserved the room with a private balcony and it was perfect. Homie beach vibes and the PERFECT spot to watch the sunrise. Enjoyed a nice glass of wine and watching the waves roll in. Can’t wait to book this room again.」
