「The check in process was smooth & our host, Shannon, was there to greet us. It’s a terrific property that made for a very peaceful & comfortable respite. The property is extremely well maintained and managed & highly recommended. Near the Strand and close to the beach. Loved it!」

「When I arrived at the hotel after paying for room they informed me that they had moved the booking to another of their properties that was 2 blocks away.... but when I told staff no I wanted to stay in this hotel they kept telling me it was an upgrade to a more Airbnb experience.. The queen bed room that I booked for 1 night for me and my bf was going to be moved to a 2 bedroom Airbnb. When I said if I could not get a room in the hotel than I wanted a refund they managed to find a queen room on...

「Didn’t like power out for alittle. Didn’t like that the tv connection was horrible had to hotspot, & even with that it was running slow. I would consider renovating alittle.」

「This time we stayed in the Cottage. It was a separate unit behind the main house. Easy to enter using the code I was emailed. The cottage was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a claw foot tub and a wraparound shower curtain. The room A/C was excellent. It was very comfortable all day and night. The ceiling fan was whisper quiet. The cottage included a kitchen area with a half-size refrigerator/freezer, counter top, cabinets, tableware, microwave, and a table....

「Pool was extremely dirty.. needs a good cleaning, rooms were ok.. but there is no house keeping staff to get fresh towels or clean sheets. Plates were piled up along the pool edge for hours at lunch time each day. Hotel has potential, they are unfortunately a victim of being short staffed. Roof top bar and beach chairs are weekends only, which is not advertised.」

「The environment is good! The accommodation conditions are similar to those of the same type of hotels in other cities, and the price is 2.5 times that of other cities!」

「Staff was great room was clean. The only real thing was there is no ac in the halls or elevator and they have industrial fans on the end of each side of the hallways so all you hear all night is the noise from the fans. If you’re a light sleeper like I am bring ear plugs. Other than the facilities issues everything was great.」

「This was a beautiful and impeccably maintained high‑end apartment. The ample parking made it easy to access the seawall, and the location is perfect—within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The host was very accommodating, communicated clearly throughout my stay, and even went out of his way to share great restaurant recommendations and local things to do. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone visiting the area.」
