"Pros. 1. Hotel was big and relatively clean 2. Food was decent. Mexican restaurant food was okay but service was slow. Italian restaurant was good. Jing was decent. Overall food was decent but not spectacular. 3.Drinks were great and options were wide. 4. Being on Maho Beach was amazing. 5. Hotel was in a nice location with stores and places to hang out outside the hotel. Cons. 1. Kiddies pool needs updating. There were also flies in the water. 2. The slides in the main pool: one was never open as the staff said it was broken. The slower slide that was open was closed most of the day as there was no lifeguard. On the Friday of our stay, the lifeguard closed the slide and went to join in the "very adult" entertainment in the swim up bar pool. The kids were left without a slide to use. 3. On the day in question (in point 2) we actually had to leave the pool because the behavior of the adults and entertainment staff in the swim up bar pool was VERY INAPPROPRIATE for children and teens. There seemed to have been multiple weddings in the hotel that day/weekend that brought some guests with inappropriate behaviour CONSIDERING THIS IS A FAMILY RESORT. 4. The Cafe needed better coffee and warm pastries. Everything was cold. The press they had to warm up sandwiches etc was not working. 5. Beds were very small. Queen beds needed."

"Notre hôte gracieux s'est montré chaleureux et accueillant. Il s'exprime en anglais et en français. D'autant plus qu'il est réactif quant aux requêtes. La propriété se situe à mi chemin entre les 2 parties de l'île, à proximité de magasins et restaurants, et l'aéroport. La sécurité est à la pointe de la technologie. La chambre est propre, spacieuse, avec tout l'équipement annoncé sur le site. Le pré-paiement est optionnel. Je recommande vivement ce lieu, pour des vacances ou pour un voyage d'affaires. On est comme chez soi."

"This was a lifesaver for us. We had to rebook our flights out of sxm and were Already in grand case — felt so lucky to find this gem. Our room was Almandier which was very spacious and even had a daybed. There’s a little fridge and a safe and a small TV as well. Some of the other rooms were quite small and didn’t have as much of the amenities so you just have to be careful when you’re booking for the level of room you want. The best thing about this property was that it was directly across the street from four of the major beach clubs in Grrand case and you could literally just stroll across the street and onto the beach. It’s also right in the center of all the fabulous restaurants and shops in Grrand case super walkable. So if you don’t want to rent a car and just want a beach vacation in a nice village, this is a great place to stay. We also love the restaurant we ate there twice. The food was delicious. It’s not the fanciest of places, but it’s well-maintained and the staff is really nice. There’s a little courtyard where you can sit and have your tea in the morning and a garden as well. It’s like a cross between a no-frills property and a nice comfortable hotel."
