"Bleu Emeraude was the most amazing place to stay in St. Martin! Travelled with a family of 4 and this place was exactly what we were hoping for. First of all, the staff are all so friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The room was super clean, beautiful, and the view cannot be beat. You are RIGHT on the beach and it is absolutely gorgeous. Access to the beach could not be any easier and it feels like you're at your own private beach, very quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed for a very peaceful stay. Kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook some meals instead of going out. I loved that there is a washing machine right in the room. The breakfast pastries and coffee were perfect. You will not be disappointed!"

"Hotel was pretty decent. Staff assisted promptly. They offer a pickup service to and from room when requested if a driver is available. Supposed free drinks in casino (as told by hotel staff during checkin), but on my last day encountered a problem in the casino about hotel guests not allowed drinks unless playing in casino. Room was clean, but bathroom door was off the hinge and wouldn’t close not a big issue for me though. Lots of amenities to use and 3 restaurants on site not included. Nice views the balcony bed was dirty though."

"Overall very clean room and resort. Service overall was good and friendly. Entertainment team members like Kennedy were funny and friendly. Also the bartenders like Ramon in lobby bar were awesome. Definitely would go back! Only opportunities were shower drain had issues and water backed up where we needed facility team to come. Also wifi limited to only 6 devices. Lastly they had a rule where "kids" under 18 could not be in the swim up pool bar area - however - it was random and inconsistently enforced."

"Great location in Simpson Bay. The staff was very attentive and quick to resolve issues (like a broken faucet and broken hairdryer). They are investing in new elevators, which will be great since the current one that works (of two) has no AC and is super slow. I applaud their investment in updating these but wish it was fixed when I was there. The laundromat is reasonable at $2 to wash and $2 to dry - average smaller washer and good dryer. Would come back but maybe not for 10 days like last time."
