「The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The owner was very accommodating with my request for a noon check out which was greatly appreciated due to my flight departure. The place is located close to restaurants and grocery store.」

「While this was a beautiful hotel with infinite pool, the French customer service is bad. House keeping keeps your room cleaned everyday. This hotel only have one restaurant so you can only eat twice breakfast with is buffet and then dinner. If you're a person who likes to stay at the hotel during vacation I recommend you find a hotel that offers more food options. However, there is food nearby you'll need a taxi. Overall, I enjoyed my stay outside of the restaurant.」

「Paulina and Jeremy were the most gracious hosts. They were always available for any requests or questions we had and we had a lot. The rooms were cozy and beautiful designed. Orient Bay Beach and Village was an 8 minute walk. There are many restaurants to choose from. Kontiki Beach Bar offered free beach chairs for hotel guests of Pomme de Cannelle. My only suggestion would be more space for clothes and toiletries. But overall an excellent experience, felt like I was staying at a friends...

Sandy was incredibly helpful before and during our stay, answering questions and arranging taxis, and Margo, Jamal, and Nickola made us feel genuinely welcome. 「I loved this resort so much I would highly recommend!! Great service everyday they have diffent. Activities going on the day me and my friend arrive they had a live band performance and an open bar !! We are coming back next month ,only downside the beach was closed 💔 and it’s a bit far from all the clubs and other restaurants overall 10/10 experience !!」
