「I spent one week at Mitsis resort in October 2026. Unfortunately, despite booking a Superior Double Sea View room, my initial experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was allocated room 306 on the ground floor. The balcony faced the wall of another building, with no sea view at all (see photo). As this was not what I had booked, I had to complain to reception and request a room change. The next day, I was offered the only alternative, room 739 on the first floor, which at least provided a...

Hersonissos

「It is a good property and nice to be off the main drag. The rooms and furnishings are very nice, as is the breakfast and pool areas. The staff are friendly and generally very responsive. However there are some issues, mostly linked to the vistas of the rooms and the fitness centre having no cardio machines. The property is over 100m from the beach and the sea views are over a car park and or scrub land.」

「I'm actually quite disappointed with this hotel. I wished I complained when we arrived. First of all, the hotel grounds itself is amazinggggg. Food is amazing. The only let down was the room. The room is so basic for what you pay at this hotel. Everything else is so well thought of but then you go into your room and it's so meh. Nothing speculatar about the room itself. Very underwhelming. We got the pool with private garden and there was no access way to the garden. You have to swim to get to...
