「Resort is definitely living on its reputation. The entire resort is very tired and needs some TLC to bring it back to its former glory. Too bad the room rates are based on their former glory」

「A lovely hotel. Close to the town. Easy parking. Cozy and clean room. Friendly owner. Definitely it’s a great experience to stay overnight when you visit galena. 」

「Overall, the front desk staff were not very welcoming or helpful or interested in greeting or answering questions or giving information about the hotel. We had to kind of figure things out by ourselves. Looking closely at the room, decor, and the dead bugs in the window and the decor and the restaurant you get a cheaper vibe for the enormous price you pay for this place. Our worst experience was The Edge restaurant. Very overpriced and disappointing for what is marketed as a high-end dining...

「Far beyond what we anticipated. Warmly greeted and show to our room. Top line toiletries and added touches. Yes our room was small but well appointed and we did not plan to spend much time in the room. Wine and cheese at 5:30. 3-course breakfast at 8:30 am. Amazing! Will be back!」

「Great location. Bathroom sink had a leak - reported this to the front desk. Lowonda - was excellent in keeping the breakfast area tidy. She is such a hard worker and kept this pace each day we were there. Disappointed there was no bread options for toast. Photo of the breakfast in the elevators were a bit deceiving. Waterpark was great and enjoyed the hot tub.」
