「The chairs in the room are terribly uncomfortable to sit on (similar to a wooden bench). Also, they have soap and shampoo dispensers but the hotel never filled them and the TP was of the lowest quality.」

Called front desk & the rather arrogant young man said it had to b adjusted from front desk, as it’s an old building. Why isn’t there a sign somewhere? 「The first room reeked of cigarettes and pot, TV didn’t work, phone to call front desk didn’t work. Second room reeked of cigarettes and pot. The area around the doors to room littered with cigarette butts. We won’t be staying there again. 」

「We’ve been staying at Grant Hills for years. The rooms aren’t fancy, though are very clean and comfortable. We like the option to bring our pups with if we choose. The cost of a two night stay is many times less than one night in other Galena hotels. It’s always very quiet and there is a walking path not far away. 」
