「The fireplace was fully supplied with wood and fire starter. It was so warm and cozy on a very cold stay. Plenty room for 4 girlfriends getaway.」

「The location is good. The room amenity are typical. What dissatisfied me was a $1 surcharge without a clarification. I wish there had been an explanation message. 」

「Rooms are always outstanding along with the staff who makes sure our stay was amazing. We always book 2 rooms so grandkids can stay with us for quality time while visiting. They love the breakfast which cannot be better. Just fantastic food. Again, staff is so accommodating and just a joy. We will be back again since we only stay at Best Western Plus in Dubuque. 」

「The one thing I will caution future guests about is breakfast. It’s one menu selection (there is no menu to choose from) for everyone every morning. So if you’re a picky eater or have lots of food sensitivities, this could be a real hassle. It is served in your room only, and delivery runs a bit on island time. So if you have timed plans in the morning, make sure to give yourself an extra half hour buffer to account for possible breakfast delays. Other than that, I had an absolutely fabulous...
