「We loved our stay at Demetra! Check in was easy. We got a key and digital key which made coming and going from the property a breeze. They greeted us with Prosecco and a snack and the room was always spotless. They gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area and you truly cannot beat the sea view! So thankful we came across this property and got to stay here during our time in Napoli. 」

「Our host Max was very informative and warm. He was so helpful with tips and directions and secured taxis for us numerous times. The property is located between two eating establishments, one is Cafe Napoli where we had breakfast every morning and the other is Nona Tittina where we had wonderful dinners. The view from the waterfront rooms is beautiful, with Vesuvius in the near distance. 」

「Great place to stay to go to the Maradona stadium and watch the mighty Napoli play. I would have given 5 stars but the breakfast was poor, we were given vouchers to go to the local bar and the only thing we could get was one croissant and one drink. What was even worse was that I had sfogliatella ricca (my favourite!) and it was inedible! I felt sick after it and all I could taste was lard! Somewhat surprising for the home town of this delicious cake, and the first time in all my 40 years of...

「What an amazing location! The beach right outside your windows! The host made sure everything was in working order and was very kind. The place could use a bit of updating in some areas. We enjoyed the small patio, we used the washer and made breakfasts-used the panini press and espresso maker. Great neighborhood and area, many great places to eat and very walkable.」
