「Quiet, clean hotel with lovely staff who had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in town. We found out king suite both spacious and fabulously air-conditioned upon arrival. Plus the patio just off the indoor pool was a great spot for conversations with other guests. Ample parking available but it was surprisingly rather packed, however we always seemed to find a spot. Would definitely stay again!」

「Staying here was definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. The room, while non-smoking, smelled like someone smoked in it for decades and the smell will probably never go away. The bed was made however the pillows looked like they were just tossed on the bed, leaving me to wonder when the bedding was last cleaned. Additionally the bed had significant depressions, leaving me to believe it was very old, or just super poor quality. The bathroom had a soft spot in the floor, right as you walk...

「I am a foreign national and have been a Best Western guest both in the U.S. and overseas. Overall, my experience has been excellent, as always—with one exception at breakfast. I had breakfast at 7:10 AM on July 12 and was the only person in the dining area, which drew the attention of the breakfast attendant. She seemed to watch me closely throughout the meal, which made me feel uncomfortable. I had two eggs, a cream cheese, and a coffee, and I am still unsure what, if anything, was...

「It was amazing how kind the hostess who checked us in let us know that the pool was still open as she could see we were exhausted from the 100 degree heat that we had just rode 3 hours in on a motorcycle!! Everything else was great just as we had experienced from this chain, but this kindness added something we will never forget!!」
