「The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice」

「Booked into McGraths Blackpool with ease and a nice chap met me to explain about parking and everything else. I had room 6 on the second floor, so a few stairs with no lift, so be aware of that if you have mobility issues. The room was a single and perfect for one night.
