Free craft beer every afternoon, excellent breakfast, beautiful pjs and washer/dryer in the rooms, onsite onsen and local arts and crafts throughout. A wonderful hotel in a spectacular town. The snow made everything even more magical"

"This was our 2nd time staying at this Fav Hotel. We came back because we liked how spacious and family friendly the rooms were. We booked a larger room this time and were pleasantly surprised at how much more space there was. We also loved the in-room amenities such as the microwave, washing machine, dryer and bath tub. We also loved that there was a water dispenser and water tumblers available in each room so we didn't have to buy bottled water. There was also a 7 Eleven conveniently located opposite the hotel. The main train station, shops and food were all a short 10 - 15 min walk away. We only wish that a dining table was provided instead of a coffee table as it was very difficult to consume our meals from the low coffee table."
