"An amazing place and experience. We had private indoor and outdoor onsen in the room and used it a few times as it was really convenient. Our hosts for the two nights, Natalie and Mizu, were extremely helpful and friendly. "My only complaint is that it was difficult to find (I recommend not bothering with trains/busses and just take a taxi. You’ll save yourself a lot of grief). Otherwise I have nothing but great things to say! It was quiet, clean, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. It’s a completely different experience compared to other types of accommodations and I highly recommend it to anyone even if only for one night! "

"Strange location, near small motorway service area but no access by vehicles to or from it. Huge car parking areas but in March these were virtually empty. Excellent pool/spa and onsen which is free for guests to use and is well used by locals. Posh downstairs lounge area next to restaurant. Staff very friendly and very helpful in the pool/spa area (need a hat for pool/spa but they do lend them. Not enough information given on the restaurant, which was open until 10 pm but took last orders at 8...

"Guesthouse打掃得非常乾淨，公共空間在晚上10點前有暖爐，房間內有空調，床的空間很大，棉被也很暖，早上有提供咖啡，廚房設備齊全，是可以作菜的，接待的爺爺奶奶，人非常好，雖然不能英文溝通，但簡單的英文單字可以了解，說8:30，他們就知道是需要隔天送去車站，guesthouse有提供定時定點接送，PM5:30車站接，AM 8:30送去車站，可以FB message 跟他們約接送。"
