"Great location on eat street for Japanese food. We got an upgrade as the booked room was unavailable as it seemed it was a very busy Saturday night in Düsseldorf. Easy walk to the old town and Rhine, really enjoyed the hotel."

Unfortunately my room was not ready for check in at the appropriate time and I felt some areas of the hotel could’ve been kept cleaner such aa the indoor pool area and breakfast was a little underwhelming. Overall a good stay for the price, though I’d recommend venturing out for breakfast. "

"The staff are fantastic. Helpful, friendly, always smiling, multilingual. Our only issue as mentioned in many other reviews is the lack of amenities in the rooms or even on the floors. To have to schlep down to get water is really silly. If you feel that a daft amp and radio are more useful than say a coffee machine, a kettle, water or a small fridge, then so be it. But at least have a water fountain in the hallway on each floor so we don't have to get dressed just to come down and disturb your hardworking team for such a basic thing. Otherwise 10/10 on all else. Comfy beds. Lovely views. Well soundproofed. Phenomenal location, near everything. We would stay again in a heartbeat"
