Very nice hotel. Very modern. Im glad that it wasn’t my parents staying there because it was very electronic. We could easily figure it out but older people would probably have problems. Breakfast was amazing- so good 😊

Went to the Monchengladbach/leverkusen game at Bourissa Park and not only was the hotel convinent for the game but also had great atmosphere. Very nice hotel

Very sleek hotel design, friendly staff and 24/7 reception. Parking was easy but then we arrived very late at night. Didn’t have breakfast so couldn’t comment on the quality but I know they don’t cater to vegans as I contacted them previously about it. Other than that it was a great stay at a reasonable price!

I have stayed a lot of times in H4 MGB. But something is wrong with the hotel lately. My parents stayed in a luxury room and they had problems with AC. And this time we stayed in room 307 and the AC didn’t work. I think all rooms in the row around room 307 has serious issues with the AC. Every room had opened the windows. It was awful. The temperature outside was a nice 25/27 degrees, but in the room it was sweltering. We called the receptionist and they tried to fix it. But it stayed hot. In the end we opened the window. But the sun came up and we woke up to early. When we entered the room at check in the shades was open making the room even hotter than it should. The hotel should close the shade in the summer to keep the room and hotel cooler. Anyway it spoiled our stay. We should reconsider staying here again during the warm months. Sad because before it was always a great stay in any weather.

Obwohl ich zu den Frühstückszeiten an Heiligabend da war, wurde mir der Zugang mit der Begründung verweigert, da man erst ab 8 Uhr externe Bestellungen hätte, hätten Hotelgäste eben Pech gehabt. Musste mir dann ein externes Frühstück in der Stadt kaufen, da ich noch Termine hatte. Die Heizung hat nicht richtig funktioniert, dass ich mir sogar eine Erkältung zugezogen habe und es war viel Ungeziefer im Zimmer, obwohl ich es bereits im Oktober dem Hotel gemeldet habe. Diesmal war es nur viel mehr. An der Rezeption gab es nicht mal eine Entschuldigung, nur dass man es weiter gibt. Was habe ich denn davon??? Ich werde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen!!!
