Inchecken ging zonder problemen. Winkels en de kerstmarkt zijn op lopenafstand ongeveer 20 minuten. Op de kamer aangekomen was deze heel netjes zag er schoon uit alleen de koelkast was vies dit aan de receptie doorgegeven en zij zouden de volgende dag pas komen terwijl wij dan al uitgecheckt zouden zijn omdat wij maar nacht verbleven. Ontbijt hebben we niet genomen vonden we erg duur.

Very clean comfortable room. Staff struggled to get info from Expedia where i had reserved the room , but were always pleasant and eventually made the connection this is more to do with EXPEDIA than Premier Inn. The bed was very comfy and the room well equiped.

Before travelling, I requested a cot for my baby through Expedia and was told it would be arranged. When we arrived, we were first placed in a room with three single beds, but the staff member quickly changed it and assured us a cot would be brought up soon, which was fine. When we entered the new room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and the window was broken and stuck open, which felt unsafe with a baby. My husband went to reception, the staff apologised, and we were moved again. The next room was clean and suitable. One night, my baby had an accident on the bed, so my husband asked reception for new bedding, using Google Translate to apologise. He was first given a sheet in the wrong size, then a duvet cover, which we made work for the night after being told housekeeping would replace everything the next day. The following morning, we confirmed at reception that our room would be cleaned. However, when we returned, only the towels had been changed (replaced with just one towel for the three of us) and the dirty bedding was still in the room. As it was our last night, we managed, but it was disappointing. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the bed was very comfortable, but improvements to housekeeping are definitely needed.

das zimmer was im allgenein ok, nur die sauberkeit... unterm schreibtische die ganze wand voll mit kaffee oder cola. tapete an teils abgerissen. duschtür dichtung fiel ab, und sonst könnte das zimmer nal wieder einnen anstrich gebrauchen. personal kurz angebunden bei der schlüsselübergabe, also ich finde die rezeption sollte sich schon drum kümmer än das man ggf noch informationen gibt. oder fragt ob man noch etwas brauch

The hotel was very modern and next door to the train station which was very convenient. The room was spacious, quiet and we had a very comfortable night's sleep every night. The only thing I could fault was the room felt like it hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, lots of hair from the previous guest was all over the floor, and the sink and shower plugs were clogged meaning the shower quickly turned into a deep puddle. This wasn't 100% the hotels fault, mainly the previous guest. That being said, I would definitely return as the room, bed, quality of sleep and location are too good to miss!
