「I loved this hotel! Was not disappointed with anything. Its located right next to the beach you walk out and you're there. Rooms are clean lots of small touches that cater to guests. Full self service snack area, staff professional but very courteous and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment never need to drive anywhere unless you choose. This will be my go to hotel when I visit Surfside ⛱️ beach.」

「Called the property prior to booking about trailer parking. I was told I could park my trailer in the lot but upon arrival I was instantly told that I couldn't have a trailer there. I spoke to the lady at the desk and she basically told me that I was never told that. Anyways other than that its a nice place just poor communication during the booking.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「This newly built and well-maintained timeshare is just a bit far from the main strip. However, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a quieter area to stay. I’ll definitely be back if I need to stay in a more peaceful/chill vibe environment 👍」

「Convenient location.Rooms were cleaned everyday. Cleaning staff was polite and thorough. Breakfast not included but available. Pool was nice but small. There was a terrible mildew smell from the air conditioner. They cleaned it which improved the smell but it was still there. I could’ve changed rooms and really sorry I didn’t. I would’ve gave 4stars but won’t because of the smell. They should also provide blankets that aren’t as thin as a piece of paper.」

「The room we stayed in everything was rusted. The drain was leak leaking the garbage disposal smelt like sewage and was underwater so you couldn’t even put your garbage in the disposal. Our chairs out in the patio were rusted, the floor was dirty, we don’t have enough towels for the stay, no room service, never got our codes for the door, entering the door was terrible, rating this hotel as a 0. When I messed them with all the crap wrong they never reached out till the last day of the trip, the...
