Staff is friendly and helpful

Hotel location is about 15mins walk to Hakata station. Counter staff is friendly and helpful, can speak good English. Pillow is hard and blanket not so comfortable. Overall experience is good.

유아2 어른2 이용했구요 마루바닥에 큰침대두개 벽쪽에 붙어있어서 아기들 벽쪽에 눕히고 자기 안전하고 좋았어요 유아동반 가족들에게 너무 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요 싱크대도 있어서 아기 물병도 씻을 수 있고 일반 일본 호텔에 비해 규모도 큰 편이고 직원분들 아주 아주 친절하셔서 너무 기분 좋게 숙박했습니다

全体の評価は　良〇 清潔感もありました。細かいところで指摘すると 洗面所の排水口の汚れ少々、電気ポットの汚れが目にとまってしまいました。 けれど大きいベット二台でも部屋の窮屈感もなく、ソファとテーブルの空間もゆったりとしていました。

這是一間公寓式，裡面有煮食爐及餐具。方便自己食物煮食。但地點就距離博多地鐵站十五分步程，如果自駕就要泊附近時租車位，所以酒店交通不方便扣分。
