This location was easy to access, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We only stayed one night but the kitchen space and living area was very nice and we definitely would have used it if we stayed longer. The only downside was that there was a security alarm going off all night and unfortunately no one at the location to shut it off.

Very clean. We bought food the previous day and stored it in one of the two refrigerators and ate our breakfast in the kitchen. Dishes and utensils were laid out ready for use and the coffee was a nice bonus. Rooms were nice and spacious, only note is that the shower took a long time to heat up and then was a little difficult to find the right temperature.

Overall I thought the place was nice and clean. The beds weren’t the greatest but adequate. In the booking it didn’t say anything about breakfast, but at check-in the flyer said complimentary breakfast from 8-10 but there was none.

Private bathroom. There are total around 18 rooms, and the shared kitchen is large prividing 5 stoves and 5 microwave oven. Free coffee machine. I like very much as price is reasonable with good quality, wondering why people gave low mark to this guesthouse

The staff was no where to be seen. When we arrived, it turned out that we should have received an email with door number and lock box code, but we have never received it. We tried to call the posted phone number 5 times, and they never answered, We sent them a message via Expedia but received no answer. We waited for 30 minutes in despair, then a older woman showed up, she knew my name, and gave me a form to full in, however, she pretended not to understand English, not Spanish, Russian, German or French. She kept saying "That's OK" but we were telling her that it was not OK that they never answer our calls. The rest of the stay was good. They have spacious kitchen with coffee machine and dishes. The paper at the desk says that the breakfast is served daily but there was no breakfast, but we didn't count on it anyways. The room was good with a bathroom inside.
