I like the room. It was nice to say in the least, and they were generous to provide a large TV to watch whatever programs were on. The floor was a little dirty, but either than that i enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Overall good experience

Location is very convenient. The subway station is in walking distance. There is a supermarket, drug store, restaurants and 100 yen store are also nearby. We stayed for 9 days. We got clean towels, coffee, tooth paste, etc. daily. Check in process was a bit cumbersome. Check out was only dropping off a key in a slot. The bed was comfortable. Unlike other Japanese hotels, AC was working great.

Poor luggage storage arrangement

We planned to leave our luggage in the hotel after staying for 3 days. We have reserved another 3-day stay two days later since we were out of Fukuoka city over the weekend. However, the hotel refused to store the luggage overnight. The arrangement was rigid and inconvenient to us as we are going to check-in again soon.

Very convenient, quiet and comfortable room. Bus stop to Hakata station( 3 stops) just opposite the hotel. Nearest subway station Is Watanabedori ( less than 10mins walk) Check in can be quite slow only one self check in kiosk. Front Desk staff not helpful at all when ask them to help to book taxi to airport, they asked me to flag taxi at the roadside instead ! What a service ?! ( didn’t expect such answer from Apa Front Desk) Housekeeping team is 👍provide daily towels, pyjamas, Starbucks coffee capsule, toothpaste at the door and clean the room on our 3rd day stay.

Disappointing experience

The room is relatively spacious. However, the room is a bit dirty and old. There’s no usb plug in the room. The staff also forgot to refill the coffee capsule, toothbrush and water for us after cleaning-up. I have stayed at APA other hotels before but the current experience is quite disappointing.
