"A family run hotel with mother, father, two daughters and one son all involved in the day to day running. Good English spoken and all staff helpful and accommodating. Restaurant good providing traditional fayre, well prepared and presented."

"Great experience, wonderful staff, easy and cheap parking, great location, clean, comfortable beds"

"Great breakfast with very helpful and friendly staff!"

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. As was the bathroom. The restaurant attached to the hotel next door was excellent too and provided lovely well cooked food both dinner and breakfast. The only downside would be the internet connection. It was not very stable in my room and would randomly and often disconnect. I did report it to reception. This did not detract from an excellent hotel though. I would stay here again."

"Great stay. Warm staff. Beautiful rooms."

"The staff was extremely courteous and did offer us everything to feel good. "

"Hotel was wonderful and the price was so reasonable. It was in the middle of a quaint fortress old town just a couple of blocks from the Rhine River. It was super close to the train station. It made us feel like we were living 10 centuries ago but yet the hotel was totally updated and very comfortable. Would love to go back."

"Excellent value for Switzerland. 5 minute walk to station with quick connections to Basel and 1 hour to Zurich. High quality furnishings and TV and spacious room."
