The hotel is near the train station.rioms are big and very clean.service was very nice. Rooms has no air conditionning, however weather was not very hot and when we asked for a ventilator they brought us one. As we left very early they proposed to prepare for us a breakfast box and we really loved it and appreciated it. Highly recommanded if you need to stay near the station

Business style hotel with nice breakfast

Nice and modern hotel, giving off business vibes. EV charger on the hotel parking lot, but it was 4 CHF pay-by-hour, which would be expensive for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good.

We have pleased our accomodation in general. Hotel has a beautiful design which suits it's name. Quite comfortable rooms, very helpful and polite staff. Thanks to receptionist who made our check in 10 July night shift and helped us about broken coffee machine. Hotel says they give travel card for public transport and provide free access to swimming pool in Olten. (We didn't use them no comment about it) Negatives: Breakfast is not diverse enough. Coffee machines needs maintenance and cleaning. There is no air condition in the room Parking prices are not accurate. There is no net/swatter on windows, lots of mosquito was in the room. Tip: there is a construction around the hotel so navigating hotel location a little bit complicated. Find coop or migros near the hotel.

I went there and wife was pregnant. At time of check in I asked to see the room and saw there is no air flow or HVAC in the room and said my wife wont be able to stay here. I didn’t checked in and asked for refund so I can stay somewhere else. Person said they will issues refund. It happened in September first week. Till now Expedia is unable to get hold the property manager. I didn’t get my money back yet. Both hotel and Expedia have shown worst service. Stay away from the hotel it is terrible. don’t get trapped with pictures. Plus dont use Expedia. I have used them for 12 years now their service is terrible as well.

Arte Olten auch für Ferien von Ausländern geeignet

Sehr gut gelegen. Relativ ruhig, etwas ringhoerig zwischen den Zimmern. Sauber, gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Parieren sollte gratis sein.

Ist ok, reißt einen aber nicht vom Hocker. Das Einchecken war so mittelmäßig. Man wurde eingecheckt und das war’s auch schon. Kein herzliches Willkommen oder Interesse am Gast. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Einrichtung Geschmacksache. Für eine Übernachtung völlig in Ordnung. Man könnte den Service und die Freundlichkeit etwas optimieren, damit man sich als Gast willkommen fühlt.

Normaler Business-Hotel Standard mit Potential

Es war ok, die Zimmertüre war nur mit sehr viel Kraft und Gemurkse zu öffnen. TV: keine Schweizer Sender! Ganz bitter, weil ich einen Match mit der Schweizer Nati schauen wollte 😡. Morgenessen normal und unspektakulär. Das Restaurant am Abend war ehe schlecht, unterdurchschnittlich. Scheinbar dort beim Service bekannt, wie die Dame mir sagte, dass die Tomatensuppe bspw. völlig versalzen war und sich einige Gäste geäussert hätten. Deshalb insgesamt 3 Punkte, mit Potential.
