The property was ready when we arrived, and the staff was courteous and helpful. HOWEVER, we arrived back at the hotel on Sunday evening and the bar and dining room were closed to paying guests because of a private party. Totally unacceptable. We will not stay there again.

Great place to stay in Windisch

Some booking pages give three stars for this hotel, I think that this is worth of at least four stars. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Car park is convenient in the garage, the hotel itself is modern, clean and comfortable. Especially the family room (two rooms separated by a door) is perfect since children can have real beds instead of lumpy couches as in most family rooms. Location is handy, only a short walk to the railway station and city of Brugg.

Nie wieder…

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht , obwohl das Zimmer als „comfort“ gebucht war. Grösse des Zimmers ist mangelhaft. Versteckte Kosten wie Strom und Wasser. Sowas mietet man eigentlich mit. Zudem hätte man 24 Stunden pro Tag duschen und Licht/tv laufen lassen müssen , um überhaupt einen Teil der Kosten zu verbrauchen. Nie wieder.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und wunderschön angerichtet. Die Begrüssung am Ankunftstag eher etwas "unterkühlt". Ich wurde mit "Sie haben ja sicher schon einiges von der Kundin vor Ihnen mitbekommen." empfangen. Ja das hatte, aber ist das die richtige Begrüssung? Wie wäre es denn mit "Herzlich Willkommen in unserem Hotel"? Schade auch, dass die Kundin vor mir einen Prospekt für den Grillabend erhielt, ich nicht. Ich hätte gerne ein feines Stück Fleisch gegessen.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer tiptop. Bett und Kissen waren für meinen Geschmack zu weich. Check in würde ich anders gestalten (Unterschrift auf dem Laptop nicht wirklich gescheit möglich). Und bitte "richtige" Zahnstocher im Restaurant :) Würde wieder kommen.

Top Lage gut geführtes Hotel

Die Buchung war offenbar kompliziert, ohne Schuldzuweisung. Das Zimmer ist zwar sehr schön , aber standart-klein. Sonst aber absolut i.O ein kleines Tischchen wäre eine Freude.
