We booked the hotel because of the pool and spa. The pool was not heated and the spa was vlosed. The bar was closed as well. The breakfast was not very good. We also had to change rooms because the key wouldn’t work. The carpet are dirty. The pool was not usable because it was so cold. We woll not ...

House cleaning was spotty. Nice location. Our towels were not replaced after the first night. The staff was not very nice.
