"Room was cold. Heater would not heat up past 70°. In room Coffee service was terrible. Had to change rooms because first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Hotel restaurant was less than average. In room sofa was stained. Carpets leading into most rooms elevator were severely frayed."

"The sheets were not clean, the pillows felt old and bunched up. I usually take towels when I travel so I can’t say much about that, but the room looked like it’s in need of some renovations. The staff was super friendly. Keep in mind they will put a $100 hold on your credit card for any service you request, I didn’t request anything but I only got $60 back…I’m not sure why and I’m not going to worry about, I will not stay there again. "

"Old hotel. Run down Needs ALOT of updating. Very few amenities if any at all. I must say it is very convenient to the cruise port and airport. "

"Its a good enough stay for a night or two. It could use some updates but for the price, it was good. Location is great, central enough for getting around to all the best places in Tampa. I would stay again. It was too cold for pool time and it was under construction so we didn't check it out."
