"I didn’t use spa, laundry!! The staff was ok, the room and the hotel a little bit old…"

"The room was clean but the pillows were flat when I asked for more better pillows they were the same as the ones in the room made the sleep difficult to sleep. The man house keeper knocked on my door at 7:30am staying he had towels for me but I asked for the towels the day before and he was the one who brought them to me seemed a little weird and uncomfortable. Thank you God my husband was there with me. The parking is pretty difficult as well do to a lot of events and formal engagements at this hotel. "

"Inconvenient laundry hours. Close at 10. They will lock your belongings in the laundry room til the next day if you don't get your load out before 10. Quiet time I can see that, but the moment you walk from the bathroom to the main room, you'll get a phone call from staff telling you to bring the noise down when you aren't doing anything loud at all. Place is getting worse and worse, potholes everywhere! Only stay if you're trying to save money, but you see why. This place should never be over 50 on its best season as of right now. "

"Everything was basically average at the Ramada. Nothing real special breakfast was OK but the lady taken care of the breakfast area could use some training on Customer Service."

"This hotel was the cleanest one I've stayed in, in a very long time. The hallways were bright, wide, and with unstained carpet. The rooms were also bright with very clean carpets. The beds were VERY comfortable, as were the pillows. The staff were so easy and nice to interact with. Staff I met in the hallway and breakfast area were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and most of it was very good. The food was not overcooked and dry. This will be my go to hotel when I need to visit this area."
