「Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able...

「The owner is extremely polite, very helpful, accommodating, and a great cook - breakfast was absolutely delicious! The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The shared kitchen is right next to the room we were in, with a side door for easy exit and entrance. The living room area is also beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this B&B to anyone. It is quiet, affordable, and accommodating. 5/5」
