"There was no pool as we thought at this property. Not at all a family friendly room as there is absolutely no privacy to the bathroom. You can see each other use the toilet & shower. The glass doors to everything were completely transparent. Felt weird. Otherwise, staff & cleanliness were exceptional! Very fun place to stay & i would go again but ill be prepared for no privacy. "

"During my Expedia search this hotel mention free breakfast but after the booking the breakfast was not included. Even after my bookings of two rooms with two double beds I sent a request for adjoining rooms as we were traveling with kids that should not be out of our sight. Our request was not even met, therefore three of our teenagers had to squeeze into one bed. We also asked for extra blankets and it was never delivered to our room. Very disappointed in this booking and hotel "

"The property is clean but OLD and needs a facelift! The location was the main reason and lobby was nice but as you get to the elevator u feel it’s old hotel and once u get to the room u feel like you have been exported back in time as the carpet is old, furniture is old. Doors and windows are NOT soundproof and the walls are thin .., you can hear other people passing by or in the next rooms 🙈"

"Our main issue was that there were no drawers whatsoever in the room. Secondly, even with all the lights turned on, the room was dark. Unless we were sleeping, this was frustrating. I wish they had a coffee bar, since the restaurant was typically busy. We finally received maid service the day before we left - however, they didn't replace the coffee mugs."
