"The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were polite with every interaction. When called upon or not the staff were very helpful. The ambience said, “high-end and snooty”, but the staff were down to earth and accommodating. My friends and I had a tight schedule of activities outside of the hotel. Therefore, we feel like we missed some of the activities happening in the hotel. We want to plan another trip so that we can enjoy the inside of the beautiful hotel."

"Clean room, staff was great, but the jacuzzi tub in room was very dirty. We cleaned it out 3 times and hair and black sut kept coming out of the jets. Although there is gated parking, you have to walk half a block to get back to the hotel. Lots of trash in parking area."

"The shower water never got hot, and less too cold to even shower one day. Also, the hot tub jets were broken and it was gritty in the bottom. The water did not seem clean. The pool was warm and nice and the beds and pillows were great."
