2/10 Terrible

"I am extremely disappointed by our experience at this hotel. The office attendant questioned the purpose of our service dog for my granddaughter, asked invasive questions regarding her medical condition, and then personally decided her condition did not “qualify” under the ADA. As a result, we were forced to pay a pet fee. It is not the role of a hotel clerk to determine whether someone’s disability is “valid enough” for a service animal. The interaction was humiliating, uncomfortable, and especially upsetting because it involved a child. No family should feel pressured into exposing private medical information just to avoid being treated unfairly. Service animals are federally protected, and situations like this highlight a serious lack of ADA training and understanding. I hope both the hotel and Travelocity take this matter seriously, address the way this was handled, and ensure proper staff education so another family does not experience the same treatment."

La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati North

"stayed with dogs. Was not expecting to pay a $100 dog fee at a la quinta. Because I had 3 dogs, I was charged a pet fee for both rooms I paid for - even though the dogs were in only one room. Would be whatever it is, but we got a room that had mold or water stains on the ceiling of bathroom closet. Sheets on bed very coarse and scratchy. Traveling with brothers who are mentally disabled and not only were we not given connected rooms as I requested, but the rooms were not next to each + the phone in the one room was completely disconnected so my brothers were unable to contact me. I had to keep running down the hallway to check on them, etc. Dog rooms were all placed in the first floor hallway which was under construction. I prepaid for 2 rooms - 1 for only one night and the other for 2 nights just so my brothers had a comfortable place to stay during the day while I was away with dogs. Found out that the hotel was trying to charge an extra night, an extra $100 dog fee because manager had taken off and left a very inexperienced person on her own."

"The sports bar in casino was great. Got a smoking room. Inexperienced check in lady blamed" third party " for giving us a smoking room and ranted a bit. Really, we would have preferred non but offer to spray it at least. Dont treat like I'm a problem for trying your property or asking politely if any non are available. Btw... 3rd, party ( Expedia ) did not have room marked as smoking when it was selected, nor does it even mention there are smoking rooms. We didn't know that was a thing....bathroom made me gag dirty but nice guy came up right away and cleaned it. An apology goes a long way people. You should try it."

"My room was very clean and the Manager on the property Sephora was extremely friendly and very helpful. The up keep on the property could have been better but the breakfast was good so overall my stay went very well.Thank you"
