「Clean and good staff」

「Totally neglected. Staff was beyond rude. Denied basic human necessities such as toilet paper and towels. They told me that they realize they don’t have necessities for guest and if I have a problem with it to take it up with Expedia at the end, they asked me if I wanted a receipt I said yes and they said well we’re not gonna give you one take it up with Expedia. 」

「Rented this beautiful cabin for Miami graduation and it did not disappoint! We loved the deck, the yard, lots of parking, comfy beds and the bathrooms were amazing! Clean and modern. The host goes above and beyond to make your stay a home away from home! Thank you so much!」

「Everything was ok,the jets in the Jacuzzi wasn't working hardly, didn't like someone from house keeping coming in the room while we were out. Breakfast was good. Door didn't latch completely when you went out you had to make shore it did every time 」

「Nice. Only issues is that Expedia did not relay my request for a room with two double beds. The room held had only a king size bed. But the hotel accommodated my request once we arrived.」
