"Hotel was nice. but a few hiccups: 1. We didn’t receive fresh towels or coffee (i.e., cleaning service) on our second day. 2. We were placed in a room that was directly across from a meeting room where a prayer service was held early on Sunday morning. We were awoken by loud voices and singing. 3. I had to ask for breakfast vouchers ( they were not offered) even though they were included in our weekend package. My brother who was in a separate room was not told about nor did he ever receive the vouchers."

"The microwave in 202 is broken. Didn’t use it but the door doesn’t close and the light stays on. Just letting you know I did tell the girl at the front desk. "

"The hotel is in need of updating. Its all old carpeting, brown and orange decor, and am me old musty smell as you walk in. The rooms are a nice size and I love the towels and bedding. Just time for updating!"

"European style hotel with nice amenities, like a water machine, super good coffee on demand and a very pleasant, unobtrusive staff. No noise issues at all, which was lovely. We’ll go back."

"The room smelled so bad. Like smoke plus wet carpet. We had to buy a box fan and then open our door and run the fan for an hour at first then run air con, open window even though it was raining outside and run the box fan at night. The rooms are worn and tired although the shower pressure was good and water was warm. Carpet in room made me wear socks all the time. "
