「The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.」

「We only stayed one night on our way to St. Louis from St. Paul and I could not have been more impressed with a Courtyard property. The fact that it has a restaurant/bar was the reason I chose it, for convenience, but the food was absolutely amazing and the staff was helpful and so friendly. Our room was spotless, and modern but cosy. I would have happily stayed for days! Great job!!」
