「The young lady who checked us in on Saturday 28th June was superb. Very professional and friendly and set a lovely tone to the start of our trip. The honesty bar, although we didn't use it, was a lovely touch and the garden was lovely to sit out in.」
「Room was very small and over crowded with two twins and a double. Fire alarm went off at 9am, no apologies or explanation on the reason. When we were finally allowed to return to our room the lifts did not work, when we made it to the room the key card didn’t work so had to go back down to reception. Again no apologies made. 」
