A lovely warm reception by Derek in this charming hotel. I really enjoyed the cosy lounge area, which was perfect for entertaining my visiting family. Also, later in the evening, I enjoyed the convenience of supper served in my room…. Sheena, and the chef, were very accommodating.

The young lady who checked us in on Saturday 28th June was superb. Very professional and friendly and set a lovely tone to the start of our trip. The honesty bar, although we didn't use it, was a lovely touch and the garden was lovely to sit out in.

Wonderful friendly staff who went out of their way to make our three-night stay enjoyable. Loved the tranquility of the rooms that are on the back of the hotel overlooking a koi pond. Very convenient for us while visiting friends around the Guildford area.

Every aspect of the hotel was excellent from the beautiful garden area to the restaurant and lounge with the honesty bar.
