「From arrival to departure the staff was incredible. The general manager really helped turn our very hectic day of delayed flights and lost luggages into a good day with his kindness and attentiveness. I would stay here again and again. 「I’ve stayed here a few times now, and I will keep going back. Great staff, location, and restaurant. Close enough to the airport for a flight out the next morning, without be too close to the airport! And you can also get a quick peak at Windsor Castle if you’re so inclined!」
