"The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The mini fridge had some issues, but management sent a maintenance person within an hour of request to check it out. It didn't want to stay cold. It would work, then not, back and forth. When we checked out told person that room need repair or replacement. There were some noises, late in the evening from people slamming doors and stomping around in the hallway/room. The noises quit eventually. Staff was very friendly and informative. Would likely stay here again. Oh, almost forgot, breakfast was amazing, every morning!"

"Well about ten minutes after checking in there was definitely a domestic issue going on outside the door of our room in the hallway on the third floor that staff was aware of (per their self report of observing it on their facility cameras). You could hear them screaming on the first floor from the third floor. We asked about a refund to which we were told we have to attempt to get through Expedia and if we did then it would take several weeks to receive. They moved our room to the first floor and we barely slept due to banging doors and noise issues throughout the remainder of the night. Oh and the floors in the lobby were covered in large clumps of mud. My experience here was awful."

"Live music way too loud and wish it was smoke free. Hotel was great. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Wish the sports bar was still open. Not many food choices. Slots are tight. "

"The room did not have curtains, only a sheer pull down shade. When the sun came up, our room was completely lit. The bed appeared to be very old and caved in towards the middle."
