"My wife was in the Methodist hospital for a week so I needed an affordable place to stay. This rental unit was perfect. It smelled and appeared very clean and had all the amenities that anyone would need. There were plenty of towels. The unit was very quiet and I never heard any neighboring occupants. "Our stay at the Kestrel Hotel in Philly was great! The room was super clean and cute! The owners responded to my questions very quickly and made any instructions on access tot he room very easy to understand. It was also nice to have a luggage drop off room to store our bags before we could get into our room. Definitely going to stay here again!!! "

"The building itself was recently renovated inside with new decor and modern furnishings. There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. "We stayed in unit E. The location was perfect for the convention center event. Parking was more than stated in the instructions, but it was still a good price. We could see the car from our window. You will need to use the earplugs supplied for night traffic noise and possibly bring an eye mask. The rooms are very bright with big windows esp. if you are sleeping on the sofa bed. Nice seating areas if you need to work on your laptop for work. The full-size kitchen is nice for heating up...

"Place was nice..swrved our purposes..but no wifi and no tv. We tried to send an email to get Wi-Fi password and did not get a response back also cannot access the TV because we had Android phones and I guess you needed an Apple phone. But it's okay we want there to watch TV. Also the washer did not work."

"Very good accommodations for the price. Convenient, clean, modern, comfortable. However, 2 issues -- 1 minor and 1 that might impact a return visit. The minor issue was that the shower curtain was torn and didn't prevent water from getting all over the bathroom. The second issue was the tremendous noise coming from Juniper Street on both nights. There was partying going on outside until 3:00 in the morning, and the noise level was unbearable -- worthy of police intervention."
