The property is spacious, clean and has everything you might need. Not too many dining option. However, it is not too far from U Penn or the train station to go to downtown.

The loft was very spacious. Everything worked and was very clean. The gym size was great, and the lobby work space was so nice to work from. There’s a few restaurants and bars in the area, a little bit of a walk, but still close to good options. It was a short ride into downtown with easy ride share access.

We really enjoyed staying at the Sosuite property because it was very close to our son's apartment. But the unit was very clean and roomy. There was some construction around the place but it should be nice the next time we stay there.

The unit was very spacious and tidy. The apartment was in a safe spot and the security was very friendly at the time of check in.

You get what you pay for. There wasn’t a key fob left at the property to get in the front door which remains locked. If security wasn't at the desk I had to call them and wait to be let in. The wifi didn’t work until the afternoon prior to the day I was checking out. No television in the bedroom. Upon arrival the bathroom was dirty and obviously hadn’t been clean. Gunks of hair in the shower and around the bathroom. I walked from the bedroom to the bathroom in socks and the bottom was covered in dirt and hair. Contacted customer service who stated they would send someone to clean between 10am and 4pm. I asked was I supposed to go all day without taking a shower if they didn’t come until the afternoon? There ain’t anything around in the immediate area and I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re not used to living or staying in urban areas.

Property is an old school 2 bedroom loft was clean and well stocked with essentials. If you like old buildings and architecture (which I do) you’ll love the place. If you are looking for something more modern it’s not for you. The concrete pillars in the ceilings are painted but exposed. The neighborhood was ok and the Expedia price was reasonable for a few nights away from the hospital setting

First time to Philadelphia, in for business. I booked the suite based on the photos and the rate. Overall nice setup and experience. The only negative I would say is the building, though nice and well maintained, seemed to be in the middle of a run down section of town. I could be wrong not knowing the area, but that was my impression. I was still able to walk just a few blocks to a couple of bars and restaurants, which was convenient.
