"Located in a skeevy area near the boats. Thick partition separating you and reception so right away you know it’s not a good area. Took two tries to try to open our room as electronic key would not work. Bed cover stained and had cigarette burns on it but sheets were clean. Floors dirty. Reminded me of a rent by the hour motel for hookers and drug dealers. Very loud throughout the evening with people screaming all down the hall. Man who ran the place was very friendly and apologetic but was clearly out of his element and just did what he could. No quality here. Avoid at all costs. "

"The heater is set to never go above 74, if you use the thermostat to set it to 78 the fan goes on but the room never heats up. I had to sleep in pants and a sweater. All rooms are this way, booked here about 5 times because its the best location for me but at this point I'm fed up being cold. The room service just barged in an hour before checkout while I was putting my pants on. "
