Perfectly fine for our purposes. It is a 2 star hotel and for that it is great. Recently redone and very clean. Included breakfast is fine for our purposes - yogurt, muffins, and fruit. 10 minute easy drive to downtown New Haven.

pros: bed was comfy, this hotel will do its job cons: pretty dirty, no elevator or microwave in rooms, incidentals deposit takes a long time to be reimbursed (they earned me of this, the hotels whole aesthetic is super weird and creepy, needs better signs that point to the lobby in hallways cause i kept getting lost, needs rugs/carpet in rooms, needs dimming shades not just black out ones, the walls legit rattled and vibrated loudly at times, walls were super thin and i could hear everyone and everything at all times which kept waking me up

When it rains the parking lot is a swimming pool. Hotel was clean and staff was fine. Keisha at the front desk is amazing

Check in was fine. Breakfast was underwhelming but then again it was free. The coffee was weak and the muffin was one wrapped in plastic and in the refrigerator. There was yogurt available and that’s about it. There was plenty of parking be sure to lock the doors as the area is questionable but there are cameras in the parking lot so I suppose that’s a good thing. I don’t know if I would stay here again. Overall just ok.

This property has been fully remodeled and it's a great value. Room was new and clean with hardwood floors. Bed was just perfect. The photos on Google don't show the updates.

I was not sure initially, but the hotel stay was nice. Rooms and property has been recently renovated. Rooms and restrooms are equipped with latest fixtures. The front desk lady was sweet and helpful. Overall a good place to stay.

Surprisingly nice hotel, room had obviously been recently remodeled. Very clean, staff very nice. I have avoided this chain for many years, but after this experience I will stay at one in the future.

Excellent place to stay for the money

Very nice hotel for the money. Only one complaint is the noise outside of the hotel is a little bit disturbing but other than that it was a great stay was nice and clean, but was very comfortable. Check and check out was very easy. Yes, I would recommend it.
