We booked a same day stay in the afternoon for a 7pm check in, but we felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that we refused to stay. The property advertises valet parking but there was absolutely NO ONE on site when we arrived. The office door was locked , and the buzzer looked broken. Looking through the window while waiting for a response, the floor was cracked and dirty, with random items like tires, gas jug, and hand...

A participant attending training through our organization checked into the hotel and immediately encountered cleanliness concerns, including dirty bedding that required replacement. Photos were taken to document the condition of the room. More concerning, the guest reported an interaction with an individual on the property that left them feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. As a result, they made the decision...

「The building was dirty, broken, foul smelling. Broken window air conditioner unit. Bed was sunken in. Power outage in the building for over an hour. Location was pretty undesirable as well. The outside of the building was kept well but that’s about it.」
