I recently had the pleasure of staying at this motel, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the front desk team was both friendly and highly professional. What stood out most during my stay was the staff’s attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Whether it was promptly addressing a small request or offering helpful local recommendations, they consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Housekeeping was excellent as well—the room was spotless, well-maintained, and restocked without needing to ask. The overall atmosphere of the motel was comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here, and it truly made a difference in my experience. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip.

I had an excellent stay at this property. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is also very convenient, with many shops and useful places nearby, making it easy to get anything during the stay. Overall, the comfort, cleanliness, and great service made the experience wonderful. I would definitely recommend this property to other travellers and would happily stay here again.

Nobody at front desk. Phone calls wouldnt connect. Floor was dirty as all h*ll. Room was boiling hot. Bed was stiff as a board. Pillows were garbage.

Clean but Spartan. No bed sheets for blanket that looked sketchy. WiFi is very poor. Curtain flimsy on the window does not close well. Monumental improvement from before Reno. Needs some details

We stayed at this motel in the winter and had a disappointing experience. The parking lot wasn’t plowed, and the walkway and stairs were still covered in snow. We booked about three hours before arriving, so staff knew we were coming. When we got there, I had to call the front desk to check in and ended up waiting outside in the cold for several minutes. The staff member finally came, checked us in, and left again without clearing the walkway. We had to shovel a path ourselves to bring in our bags. The room itself was clean but here were several hairs on the sheets, and the fitted sheet was quite dirty with stains. The mattress was hard and not the most comfortable. There were no hand towels, shower mat, or hooks to hang our coats. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee or tea provided. The only positive thing was the shower — it had good water pressure and the bathroom was clean

I had an amazing stay from beginning to end ! The room was spotless and featured beautiful new furniture and touch sensor lamps made the space feel modern ,comfortable and inviting.The high-speed Wi-Fi was excellent fast, reliable and perfect for both work and streaming without any interruptions. The staff provided truly outstanding service everyone was friendly ,attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed .The amenities were also well-maintained and added to the overall experience.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience,and top-quality service.

The new owners took over in Nov 2025. It really looks like they’ve put a lot of money in renovations. The staff is amazing and the service is great. Nice new rooms. I’d definitely stay here again.
