"Easily accessible n quiet area"

"Disappointing. This place used to be the place to stay in the Sault. Now everything is dated and aging. Indoor hot tub has been down for 14 months (according to locals), outdoor hot tub was cool and didn't seem clean. It used to have gas heaters on the pathway so you wouldn't slip or freeze on the way in. No longer. I expected some shampoo and conditioner dispensers. There were the tiniest containers of each... needed two for my hair and then to ask for more (very wasteful). Four of us checked in and we had three towels. The carpet "tiles" are dog-eared and dirty. There was hair on the chair and in the tub. The TV is so outdated, that you can't rent a movie or stream from your phone (we were waiting out a snow storm). No recycling. Three nights there and our room was cleaned partially only once. They forgot to make the beds. I think my days off staying here for our ski trips are over!!! "

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was nice and hot. Out room was good. Nothing crazy exceptional just a good clean hotel. The staff was nice when I talked to them tho it took a while when I went up to the front desk because all 3 staff were serving a different lady."

"I had an excellent stay at this property. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is also very convenient, with many shops and useful places nearby, making it easy to get anything during the stay. Overall, the comfort, cleanliness, and great service made the experience wonderful. I would definitely recommend this property to other travellers and would happily stay here again."
